This website is operated by Fruit2Work. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Seconds Out Round 2 Pty Ltd Trading as Fruit2Work offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of these services. If these Terms & Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms & Conditions.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. You can review the most current version of Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting or any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Our website is hosted on Shopify, they provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Section 1 – Trademark & Copyright
All material on this Website is owned or licensed by Fruit2Work. This includes but is not limited to images, audio clips, video clips, graphics and illustrations.
Material on our website is solely for your non-commercial, personal use. Our material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, distributed or modified in any way without express prior written consent from Fruit2Work.
Section 2 – Personal Information
We reserve the right to store information regarding the purchaser and recipient in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 3 – Products and Services
- Gift Hampers (that include alcohol) may only be purchased & delivered to persons over the age of 18 years. Deliveries including alcohol will require a signature and identification shown upon delivery by one of our courier partners.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details provided are correct, including but not limited to contact/recipient details, hamper choice, and gift card message.
- Our merchandise is ordered in advance and we make every effort to have stock available of all items, however, in certain circumstances, an ingredient or item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with an alternative of equal or greater value without notifying the customer.
- Our standard business hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday AEST. Any requests received outside of those standard business hours will be responded to as soon as possible within business hours. We may at our discretion add additional staffed hours during busy periods.
Section 4 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
- Fruit2Work will endeavor to ensure that the descriptions and specifications in relation to the products on its website are accurate. However, photographs, drawings, illustrations, weights, dimensions and any other particulars accompanying, associated with or given in descriptive literature are approximate only and, so Fruit2work do not guarantee that those descriptions and specification are accurate or free from errors or omissions.
- Fruit2Work reserves the right to make any necessary corrections to the descriptions or specifications without notice.
Section 5 – Order Amendments
- We will dispatch orders exactly as they are on our order confirmation email/bulk order form unless we are notified of any changes prior to commencing production of the order.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details provided are correct, including but not limited to contact/recipient details, hamper choice, and gift card message.
- Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made prior to commencing production (normally 3-7 business days prior to the requested delivery date, but during the busy periods such as Christmas time, this timeframe may be extended due to high production volumes).
- No amendments to an order can be made by Fruit2work after it has been processed. If you need to change a delivery address, we will request this with the couriers and this will incur a redirection fee (please see: Delivery Terms & Conditions).
- If a request to cancel an order is made after dispatch we will ask our couriers to return the item but this may not be possible. If the item is successfully returned to us this will incur a $15 return fee. Outward shipping is non-refundable.
- Returns must be made within 1 month of the delivery date.
Section 6 – Shipping & Delivery
- Fruit2Work are proud of the presentation and content of our Hampers. Deliveries are made by a third party courier, therefore, Fruit2Work can only take responsibility for items until they leave our premises. If anything is damaged please provide photos and we will try to resolve the matter for you.
- We are able to offer tracking numbers and assist with any delivery matter.
- Deliveries are made by one of our partner couriers during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
- We are unable to book deliveries for weekends or public holidays. Occasionally during the busy season, our courier partners may deliver outside of their standard delivery hours without notice.
- Deliveries will, under normal circumstances, be delivered as specified. Orders are generally shipped in 1-2 business days and typically arrives in 3 – 7 business days, varies upon location.
- Occasionally deliveries may be delayed or advanced by circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us for further information.
- All delivery timeframes are estimates only, and are regularly provided to us by our partner couriers. Therefore all deliveries may be subject to postal delays and other reasons beyond our control.
- Fruit2Work do not warrant or make any representation that an order will be delivered by the Requested Delivery Date or within the times indicated.
- Fruit2Work is not to be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.
- If any incorrect delivery addresses are supplied this will incur a redirection fee.
- Redirections are at the discretion of our courier partners, and may not be possible if the instruction is given too close to the date of delivery.
- Redirection fees for a single hamper order will be $15.
- If you request a delivery to an address outside of our courier’s delivery territory, a card will be left in their mailbox and the parcel delivered to the nearest Post Office/Depot so that the recipient can collect their parcel at a suitable time.
- As we use third party couriers, any special instructions regarding the delivery are followed at the courier’s discretion, including but not limited to: calling the recipient, leaving an item at the premises or returning it to a depot or post office, and instructions regarding the property itself.
- Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to inform Fruit2Work if a gift has not been delivered.
- Our courier partners may advise us of any delays but this is at their discretion and is therefore not a guarantee.
- When informed of any late or non-deliveries we will investigate immediately and resolve the issue as fast as possible.
Section 7– Fruit2Work Cust Shipping
Fruit2Work offers a dedicated delivery option for existing Fruit2Work account customers.
If the purchaser is an existing Fruit2Work customer with an active trading account and regular scheduled deliveries, free delivery may be available under the following conditions:
- A valid Fruit2Work customer account number must be provided at checkout.
- The delivery address must match the existing approved delivery address on the Fruit2Work account.
- The account must be active and not on stop credit.
Where eligible, hampers will be delivered via Fruit2Work’s internal delivery network at no additional freight charge.
Delivery Timing
- Hampers will be delivered on the customer’s next scheduled Fruit2Work delivery day, provided the hampers are ready for dispatch.
- If production is not completed in time for the next scheduled run, delivery will occur on the following scheduled delivery day.
Alcohol Deliveries
For hampers containing alcohol:
- Delivery may only be made to persons aged 18 years or over.
- Valid photo identification may be requested upon delivery.
- A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
- Alcohol will not be left unattended.
- Alcohol delivery applies to all customers not just existing F2W customers.
- If a suitable recipient is not available, delivery may be rescheduled at Fruit2Work’s discretion.
Fruit2Work reserves the right to verify account eligibility prior to dispatch.
If account details are invalid or the account is not in good standing, standard shipping charges may apply.
Section 8 – Discounts, Credits, and Coupon Codes
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue only.
- If discounts are not applied to the order before the checkout process is completed then the discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Coupon codes will only apply to the price of the products and cannot be applied to the shipping amount.
- Minimum order and maximum values may apply. Please get in touch for further details regarding your code.
- Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated. Please get in touch for further details regarding your code.
- Coupons are not applicable to bulk, amended (custom) or discounted items unless explicitly stated.
- Coupons can only be used once per customer.
